I am an explorer, of both outside and in. I combine work as an executive coach & team development specialist with wilderness expeditions as a mountain leader & wilderness guide. I offer those I work with the opportunity to explore themselves beyond their boundaries, to experience themselves & to reconnect with nature, both within and without. It is my deepest hope and intention that you return seeing the world through new eyes.

My background as an anthropologist and expedition leader has led me to many remote places in the world and allowed me to develop a cultural sensitivity which I bring to my work. I also have a deep reverence for the natural world and am curious as to how our relationship to it can help us shape our responses to the challenges we all currently face.
